Afépame co-signs position paper on fida (financial data access)

Afépame, alongside the main European associations in the sector, is a co-signatory of an open letter addressed to the European Commission and parliamentary rapporteurs, calling for an ambitious, balanced, and innovation-oriented FIDA framework. In it, we reiterate that access to financial data must remain user-centric, encourage the emergence of new services, and ensure the continuity of European fintech activities, in line with the open banking initiative launched by PSD2. This joint effort aims to maintain a high level of competitiveness in Europe, support innovation, and enable citizens and businesses alike to regain control over their financial data.
